VRF Mini and Modular Heat Pumps
VRF systems can operate at partial loads in the range of 30 to 70% providing more consistent indoor temperatures and humidity levels while increasing energy efficiency. VRF systems use inverter compressor technology which provide variable speed operation.
Partial-load capability makes VRF systems more efficient than commercial chiller/boiler systems and offer greater design flexibility, and require less installation space.
Conventional HVAC systems are either “on” operating at 100% capacity or “off”. Because HVAC systems seldom need to provide 100% of the capacity they are designed for. Operating at these extremes is inefficient and create wear on system components that eventually lead to premature system failure.
