Product Display/Colors
RH Newton’s.com attempts to display accurate product images. However, alternate images are sometimes displayed when the correct images are not available. You must carefully read the product specifications to verify your purchase and not rely solely on the images. We cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends upon the monitor you are using. RH Newton’s does not take responsibility for the quality of the images as well as sales that resulted from the image.
Errors on Our Site
Pricing and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical, description and/or errors in pricing, RH Newton’s.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it in accordance with RH Newton’s Return Policy.
Sale Disclosure
Sales and discounts do not include every brand, make or model. Please check your shopping cart for the exact discount amount. Not all sales are combinable with other special offers and/or rebates. Total qualifying price does not include delivery or installation fees.
Price Match Policy
If you find a lower price he price on an identical in-stock item from another authorized dealer, simply contact our customer service team and we will do everything possible to meet or beat that price. Price must include: shipping, handling, delivery, sales tax and applicable rebates must be shown. Competitor’s details, including shipping, handling, sales tax, and delivery date must be submitted to RH Newton’s in writing. RH Newton’s will not match competitors’ bonus, special or free offers; rebates; financing offers, clearance or closeout prices; prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise; service contracts; installation, delivery or assembly services. RH Newton’s Price Match Policy does not apply to parts or accessories. RH Newton’s will only price match prior to shipping; once your order has shipped, we will not match a lower price. RH Newton’s price match policy is not combinable with any other discounts. We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
Sales Tax
RH Newton’s is located in the states of Missouri and therefore does not collect sales tax outside of Missouri. Sales tax will be collected and is calculated in the shopping cart at checkout.
Order Acceptance
Electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Paying for Your Order
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.
Generally, credit and debit card are not charged until we either ship the order. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Special order items are charged when the order is placed and cannot be cancelled.
Credit Card Declines
If your credit card is declined during order processing, we will attempt to notify via email and/or by telephone. You will have 14 business days to contact us with an alternative form of payment. If after 14 business days we have not received a response, your order will be canceled.
Alternate Billing/Shipping Address
If you have placed an order with a billing address other than what your credit card company has on file for you, your order will be held until we can verify the correct billing address. If you are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address, you must list the shipping address as an alternate address on your credit card. If it is not on file your order will be held. Your order will remain on hold for 14 business days, after which if we have not received a response to our requests that the shipping address must be listed as an alternative address, your order will be canceled.
Order Processing
Actual shipping times are contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or email. If the delay is due to back order, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on back order, substitute to another item or cancel your order.
Delivery and Installation Policy
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to RH Newton’ shipping policies.
Return Policy
For damaged shipments, defective merchandise, or the product does not meet your needs please review our full Return Policy.
- Damaged items should not be accepted upon delivery.
- After signing for and accepting your item, you are responsible for all damage claims.
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if your product is damaged or does not meet your needs.
- Call the manufacturer if product is defective after the first use.
- In the event of a return, you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization (RA) number. We will not accept any returns without a RA.
- Returns are excepted within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns are subject to a 30 percent restocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
- Returned products will not be accepted unless they are in brand-new condition with all packaging, product literature and blank warranty cards enclosed in the exact condition as received.
- You must return the item using the same shipping methods as it was originally shipped.
- We do not accept returns on air conditioners, special orders or accessories.
- RH Newton’s reserves the right to refuse returns.
